Providing high-quality customer service;
Ensuring the safety of inventory;
Cashier discipline;
Organizing products by group and type, taking into account product proximity, frequency of demand, and seasonality;
Preparing products for sale;
Reporting to the Retail Network Manager any products that do not meet pre-sale preparation requirements;
Achieving the store's sales plan and personal plan;
Resolving conflicts between salespeople and customers, and within the team;
Monitoring the safety of merchandise on the sales floor and in other storage areas, as well as of retail equipment and inventory in the store.
Participation in inventory counts;
Design of the sales floor;
Monitoring and completing primary accounting documentation;
Observing compliance with labor and production disciplines;
Mentoring and training employees;
Monitoring attendance at training events;
Creating a positive image of the company among customers.
Providing customers with comprehensive information about the company, product, and additional opportunities;
Conducting knowledge assessments of employees (salespeople, interns).

Successful experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
Knowledge of the retail industry;
Successful experience building and managing a team;
Strong management skills, proactive approach, stress tolerance, multitasking skills, customer focus, and high productivity;
Experienced PC user.
